ProService à la carte Repairs

If your Asgard tool needs more service than one of our standard Repair Packages provides or if you would simply like a quote before starting repairs, ProService à la carte Repairs are for you. Our technicians will analyze your tool and provide an itemized quote for approval. This option is recommended if you want to replace just a few parts or if you want to add a few parts to one of our packages. Note: A la carte repairs can add time to the overall repair cycle as it requires a quote and your written approval prior to starting the repairs. |

For ProService à la carte Repair service, select the "Please diagnose and repair tool" option from the Service selection dropdown box of the ProService Repair Form. Then tell us as much detail as possible about what the tool is doing (or not doing!) in the Description. The more information you provide, the better we are able to disgnose the problem and repair the tool quickly. |

With ProService à la carte Repairs, there is a $50 fee for our technicians to assess the tool and provide a quote. If you authorize the quote and we repair the tool the $50 fee is applied to the cost of the repair. If you decide to not repair the tool, we will reassemble the tool with the existing parts and return it to you. You will be charged the $50 fee for the quote plus the cost of shipping the tool to and from our facility. Shipping costs vary by shipping zone. |

WARRANTY: All TapeTech ProService repairs are covered for one (1) year against defects in Parts and Workmanship. This warranty covers only the specific parts that were replaced as part of the ProService Repair. |
