If you want to send your tool directly to ProService...

     

1. Initiate Your ProService Repair: fill out our online Repair Form to start the process. Then print the completed form and the FedEx shipping label. Finally, submit the information to TapeTech ProService. Now securely wrap your tool and place it in the smallest box you can. Place the printed Repair Form in the box with the tool and bring the tool to a FedEx Office location. (Note: you will be charged for packaging if you ask the FedEx Office location for supplies.) Your tool will be shipped via 2nd Day Air using our account. Shipping costs vary by shipping zone.

     

Note: If you are sending your tool directly to ProService (not through a ProService Repair Partner), we require your credit card information on the Repair Form. We will not charge your credit card until we have completed the repair or you have elected not to repair the tool following the repair estimate. We will reserve and amount equal to 50% of the requested repairs in the case of a Repair Package or $75 in the case of an A la Carte Repair.

If you want to bring your tool to an Authorized ProService Repair Partner...

     

1. Bring the Tool to an Authorized ProService Repair Partner: The Repair Partner will take care of everything for you (Process, Package and Ship). It doesn't get much easier!

     

2. Tool Assessment: When we receive your tool, our Expert Technicians will assess the tools to determine the required repairs.

     

3. Estimate Approval: If you requested an estimate to repair your tool or if our Technicians found additional recommended repairs, we will ask you to approve the estimate we provide.

     

4. Tool Repair: Your tool is repaired by the same experts who built your top-quality tools!

     

5. Tool Return: Your tool is returned to you. If you worked with an Authorized Repair Partner, your tool will be returned to the Partner and they will contact you when it is ready for pick up.

     
       

Whether you send the tool to us directly or work with an Authorized Repair Partner, you will recieve automated e-mail updates about the status of your repair. You will also be able to track your tool throughout the repair process if you register with ProService. You will receive an e-mail with an invitation to register when we receive your first tool.
